2.1 Notary Scheduling Services

This service includes arranging appointments with qualified professionals. Once an appointment is confirmed, time is reserved specifically for you.

2.2 Document Preparation Services

We assist in preparing and verifying legal documents as per your instructions.

2.3 Stamp Services

We supply certified stamps for official use. These may be physical items shipped to you.

We may offer digital guides or templates related to notarial procedures. Access is provided upon confirmation.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Notary Scheduling

Due to the reserved time with a professional, confirmed appointments cannot be refunded. You may request one reschedule at no extra fee if notification is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before will incur a rescheduling fee.

5.2 Document Preparation

If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering and we have not begun work, you may receive a full refund. Once drafting has commenced, services are non-refundable. Rescheduling of service start dates is available upon request.

5.3 Stamp Services

Physical stamps may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, credit will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

5.4 Info Products

Digital guides or templates may be refunded if requested within 14 days of delivery, provided they have not been downloaded or accessed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times vary by provider but are typically completed within 7 business days from approval.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect upon posting on notarylines.com.
